Constipation: The Colon

 

How many times a day or week do you go to the toilet to make a bowel movement.  The food we put into are mouths after the body has taken out the nutrients, it is left with waste. Where does it go. A healthy person should have a  bowel movement for every meal they have.

Certain foods, particularly fatty and processed food is hard for the body to eliminate. Over the years waste accumulate in the colon, resulting in decease. Think about it, if you left the rubbish in the house for a month, it will rot and smell. This is what happens to the human body if regular bowels movements to do not happen. The skin is the largest organ in the body have, as the body sweats it eliminate toxins. If the colon is blocked  the body will try to eliminate the waste elsewhere.
